El mes pasado entró en vigor un convenio intergubernamental ruso-cubano sobre la cooperación en el uso pacífico de la energía nuclear.
Este documento fue firmado en Viena, durante la 60ª conferencia general del Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica (OIEA).
En este convenio, se sientan las bases para desarrollar la cooperación entre Cuba y Rusia en la energía nuclear, específicamente en la producción de radioisótopos y su uso en la industria, la medicina, la agricultura, la protección y el estudio del entorno; la medicina nuclear, las tecnologías de radiación y la formación de especialistas en energía atómica.
Cuba y Rusia, crearán un comité coordinador y grupos de trabajo para llevar a cabo proyectos concretos, intercambiar visitas de expertos y organizar seminarios y simposios para contribuir a la formación del personal científico y técnico e intercambiar información.
Si en Cuba no hay nada que funcione bien….exceptos la represion politica y fisica…….como rayos van a meterlos en cosas de la energia nuclear……hay que estar arrebatado para permitir semejante super locura…..y tan cerca de la Florida…….pa su escopeta!!!!
