Disidentes cubanos fueron arrestados arbitrariamente este domingo, cuando intentaban rendir homenaje a José Martí, en el aniversario de su natalicio. Algunos también fueron multados; Leticia Herrera, miembro del movimiento opositor femenino Damas de Blanco, dijo que hasta la tarde habían sido denunciados más de 21 arrestos en el país caribeño.

Del Partido por la Democracia Pedro Luis Boitel, Féliz Navarro comunicó a Radio Martí la detención de los activistas Francisco Rangel, Iván Hernández Carrillo, así como activistas de las Damas de Blanco.

Según Herrera, en Matanzas varias integrantes del grupo no pudieron asistir a misa en el municipio de Colón.

Las autoridades impusieron multas a algunas miembros de las Damas de Blanco, por violar el “cordón policial” en los municipios de Los Arabos, Colón y Jovellanos.

Aleida Cofino, Tania Echeverría, Caridad Burunate, Asunción Carrillo, Niala Puentes Batista, María Teresa Castellanos Balido, entre otras son las multadas.

Días anteriores la represión se hacía sentir, los viernes un grupo de Damas de Blanco, acostumbra a asistir a misa en la parroquia de San José, en La Habana.

Este viernes 25 de enero, una de las integrantes del movimiento fue arrestada, comentó Lázara Bárbara Sendiña, quien dijo que este domingo se reunieron en una casa en el municipio La Lisa, para recordar el natalicio del Héroe Nacional de Cuba.

Ángel Moya, opositor y ex prisionero político cubano dio a conocer en Twitter sobre el operativo llevado a cabo por la Seguridad del Estado contras el grupo de féminas disidentes, en La Habana.

Las autoridades en la Isla, buscan frustrar cada domingo la campaña #Todos Marchamos, en la que los opositores exigen al régimen la liberación de los presos políticos en la Mayor de las Antillas, y democracia para el país.

Mi madre la @DamasdBlanco Asunción Carrillo fue detenida este domingo al salir d casa camino a la Iglesia y liberada. Más tarde la arrestaron nuevamente y la liberaron con una multa d 150 pesos x intentar homenajear al apóstol @diariodecuba @karenonmarti
