El pasado lunes 28 de octubre agentes de la Patrulla Fronteriza de Estados Unidos (USBP), rescataron a dos balseros que se encontraban aferrados a un puente en los Cayos de Florida.
Walter N. Slosar, jefe de patrulla del Sector de Miami, dijo en Twitter:
“El agente de la Patrulla Fronteriza de Estados Unidos toma medidas rápidas y deja caer una cuerda de rescate acuático, salvando a dos migrantes de ahogarse. El agente se agarró a la cuerda hasta que llegó un bote de rescate. Increíble trabajo de nuestros agentes y socios de apoyo que rescataron a 18 migrantes en los Cayos de Florida”
